In high school, she discovered graphic design and began creating custom pieces, from school club t-shirt designs and personalized binders to local advertisements. As she honed her design skills, Erin also began building her freelance network, working with individuals and small businesses to help bring their creative visions to life.

In 2009, Erin earned her BFA in Graphic Design and Digital Media from the University of North Florida. She started her career as a Digital Content Coordinator at iHeartMedia, where her love for music and sharp organizational skills allowed her to manage content and graphics for multiple radio station websites. She also worked high-profile promotional events, including the 47th CMA Awards Radio Broadcast in Nashville. During her time at iHeartMedia, Erin captured a concert video that went viral, amassing over 13 million views and earning a feature on E! Entertainment Television.

After moving back to her hometown to be closer to family and friends, Erin joined Fracture as a production team member, helping create stunning glass prints for customers worldwide. Within just eight months, she was promoted to the company’s first in-house creative team as a Visual Designer. In this role, she brought brand concepts to life, ensuring a cohesive identity across web, email, social media, packaging, and advertisements. She also played a key role in launching successful products like Matte Glass, Gallery Walls, and Fracture’s Art Shop.
